Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for menu items and assist with food preparation as directed by the executive chef.
Cook menu items to order, following recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that menu items are prepared efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Contribute to menu development and recipe creation, suggesting new and innovative dishes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety and sanitation.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Positive attitude and a passion for cooking and food.
