Parkway Toyota & Parkway Honda is seeking a qualified experienced candidate for an Automotive Deal Clerk position. You will be joining a group of award-winning dealerships and prestigious brands. The candidate must have at least 2+ years of automotive Accounting Clerk/ bookkeeper/deal posting experience. Only qualified candidates will be considered. The ideal candidate will be a bright, motivated, professional, detail oriented, organized, and hard-working individual, with an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Primary responsibilities
The right candidate must have experience with:
- Posting automotive deals
- Writing checks and calculating commissions for the sales department.
- Accounting Schedules
Required Experience
- ADP / CDK knowledge preferred, (Reynolds & Reynolds/Dealertrack considered)
- Candidate must have a great attitude and willingness to learn
- Well organized
- Outstanding communication skills written and oral.
