Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Experience leading and supervising staff. • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong analytical skills. • Strong computer proficiency and technical aptitude. Comfortable with Microsoft products (to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and HRIS systems. • Knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations/statutes. • Excellent communication (both oral and written) and organization skills. Supervisory Responsibilities • Yes Anticipated Start Date: Immediate vacancy. Preferred Qualifications: • Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification preferred, but not required. • 8-10 years of experience preferred Salary shown reflects starting salary only, not full range of pay.
