Licensed Mental Health Therapist Supervisor (CHMC, LCSW, LMFT)

$2500 sign on bonus

Job Summary: PATH Behavioral Healthcare is expanding in Utah! We seek motivated and talented mental health professionals to join us in reaching youth and adults by providing desperately needed relief to those suffering from various life situations to include anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use related challenges. The Outpatient Therapist Supervisor would provide counseling services to the community with special emphasis on those who have been underserved in receiving mental health care. The Outpatient Therapist Supervisor will conduct intake assessments, establish treatment plans tailored to the client’s needs, and provide ongoing counseling to clients in person or utilizing a secure telehealth platform. (internship available)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessment interviews.
• Develop specific and measurable treatment plans.
• Individual and Group strengths-based therapy.
• Document all services provided to clients in an ethical and timely manner, utilizing a secure Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Contribute to the integrated care team environment by engaging collaboratively with other therapists, nurse practitioners, and other clinical staff as appropriate.
• Provide and follow-up on client referrals to psychiatry/nurse practitioners, support groups or other mental health professionals.
• Participate in care conferences and case reviews.
• Perform all aspects of the Outpatient Therapist role guided by the Utah Department of Professional Licensing (DOPL) and national professional ethical and professional guidelines. (APA/NASW/NBCC/etc.)
• Must be committed and respectful of cultural diversity, religious and personal values and traditions of clients and their families in alignment with company mission.
• Review and sign off on notes
• Provide supervision to providers working towards independence

Education/Experience/Skill Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or mental health, or social work, with a minimum of 60 credit hours from a school which is a regionally accredited institution of education.
• Minimum of 2 years as a licensed Therapist to provide the necessary supervision.
• Experience in Trauma and/or substance use is desired.
• Must be able to successfully navigate a client EHR.
• Familiarity with Telehealth virtual meeting platforms.
• Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Suite of productivity applications.

Licenses/Credentials.

• Licensed in the field of clinical mental health in the State of Utah, psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy.

Work Hours: 8AM-5 PM
