Pathways is seeking an innovative and purpose driven individual to join our supportive national team as a Regional Recruiting Manager. This position will support Virginia directly and manage additional Pathways state agencies . This person will be experienced with Recruitment supervision, Social Media Recruiting, Job Boards, and working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of adding business value, working successfully with business unit leaders in a client focused, highly competitive and fast changing industry, and operating in a matrixed environment, as well as a track record of building/leading effective teams.

5-10 years of recruiting experience with at least 3-5 years supervision experience
Recruiting in the Healthcare or Mental Health field preferred
Travel up to 20%
About Your Role:
Serves as a strategic partner to multiple state operations, establishing talent acquisition business goals that align with the overall company plans and objectives. Conducts check-in meetings with various key leadership and/or hiring managers to assess challenges, metric goals, expectations, and processes, in order to develop and execute recruiting strategies. Accepts overall accountability for their team’s recruiting functions and employee management.
Develops and maintains strong working relationships with leaders, hiring managers and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
In partnership with the Senior National Recruiting Manager, develops and executes a State recruiting strategy that ties into the national level initiatives.
Responsible for direct recruitment activities for Virginia. Responsible for sourcing passive candidates, reviewing applicant resumes, creating job postings, interview scheduling, maintaining positive and knowledgeable candidate communication, conducting phone screens, assisting with the ATS hiring process, and ensuring employee referral and hiring bonus payouts. Acts as a consultant to hiring managers to understand job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements.
Directly hires, trains, and supervises recruiters in multiple states ensuring recruiters are provided support and education to effectively perform their tasks and hiring metrics are met/exceeded. Pivots recruiting efforts based on the data trends and metrics provided.
Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices. Creates training and other educational materials on how to recruit, select and source for qualified and diverse talent
Utilize the applicant tracking system, DOMO, spreadsheets and other documents for data analysis. Pivots as needed to ensure effective and appropriate reports are in place to analyze staffing needs and proactively impact change.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Ensure legal compliance in regard to all staffing initiatives and related programs.
Creates and fosters relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract, identify, and source qualified professionals. Researching and posting of positions in appropriate websites and organizations. Attend Job fairs and related recruitment conferences
Responds to and/or reports any issues or concerns with regard to employee complaints, issues, and/or unethical actions to the team’s Human Resources representative
