Payoneer is looking for a highly talented Human Resources Generalist to support the Americas Region (U.S., LATAM, and Canada). The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment, and will be responsible for all HR life cycle activities.
What you’ll do:
Manage the onboarding process for all new employees to ensure the best possible experience for employees and hiring managers throughout the first 90 days.
Facilitate the handover from recruitment to onboarding ensuring that the candidates have a positive experience throughout the process as they become a new hire.
Work with the HR Team to drive employee engagement and work closely with managers and employees to improve engagement and retention across the Americas region.
Coordinate learning and development activities, work with external facilitators and ensure that all logistics and communications are organized in a timely manner.
Work with our PEO to process employee life cycle changes: new hire, termination, leaves, and internal mobility. Ensure that employee updates are made in an accurate and timely manner in all systems.
Support the performance management processes by helping employees with system access, follow up with hiring managers and ensuring all data is accurate.
Support and participate in other ad-hoc recruitment initiatives, HR assignments and projects
Ensure employee morale and drive a fun and passionate work environment in line with the company values and culture.
Serve as the main point of contact for our PEO and employees in the Americas in regards to benefits, payroll, processes and policies. Troubleshoot employee questions and concerns as they arise.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor Degree. Human Resources degree a plus.
1-2 years HR or relevant experience.
Familiarity with Professional Employment Organizations (PEO) a plus.
Experience using an HRIS or data within multiple systems.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and juggle various priorities at once.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to develop relationships and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization,
Some familiarity with the Labor Laws in New York and California
Sense of urgency and customer service mindset.
Willingness and ability to take initiative and the desire to continually take on additional responsibilities.
