A trusted strategic partner to the SVP of Product Management, CTO and SVP of Production, and the SVP of Services, the Senior Director, HRBP will serve as a member of the serve as the senior HR leader supporting the end to end product organizations within Higher Education. These organizations are undergoing significant transformation and the Director of Human Resources will play a critical role in this program. In this role leading a team of HRBPs, they will provide both strategic and tactical support to leaders across the organization focused on talent, employee engagement, workforce planning, employee relations, organizational design, and change management across multiple teams and geographies. Working across Pearson, this leader will partner closely with both business and HR leaders particularly in the enterprise technology teams. This senior HR leader will build a high performance, highly engaged team.
As the senior HR leader in the Higher Education organization, the Sr. Director of Human resources will support the organization through transformation, shaping and delivering the full spectrum of HR support to enable business performance as we build the product organization of the future. This role will report directly to the VP, Head of HR for Higher Education and Virtual Learning.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. As required by the Colorado and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
Minimum full-time salary range is between $130,000.00 – $160,000.00
