POSITION FUNCTION

Provide support to the Human Resource Department in tracking and processing credentials, trainings, and job applications.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITY

• Tracking and processing staff credentialing
• Monitor and assign training hours
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and retention
• Assist with HR clerical duties
• Back-up phone answering

QUALIFICATIONS:

CLEARANCES REQUIRED

• Criminal Epatch, FBI, Child Abuse, Verify Comply
• Minimum of one (1) year documented experience in a social service agency preferred

MINIMUM SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Be patient, compassionate and punctual
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
