The Human Resources Payroll Coordinator will assist with greeting all colleagues and visitors while maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Processing hotel payroll
Processing monthly union bills
Data entry
Additional HR duties as needed (answering phone calls, walk in inquires, special projects, supporting colleagues, etc.)

Qualifications

Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
Knowledge of Kronos UKG is a plus
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
Previous hotel or HR experience is a plus
