• Partner with the Corporate Recruiter, members of the Human Resource team, and hiring managers, to assist in the talent acquisition and onboarding process, maintain applicant flow in ATS for all positions assigned to you, and may participate in the company orientation process
• Keep candidates engaged from first contact through final onboarding by providing them with timely updates concerning the status of their application, interviews, employment assessments, pre-employment screening, and onboarding
• For all positions you are responsible for: conduct interviews, maintain ATS, and assure all internal and external communications are timely and accurate
• Assist with the maintenance of affirmative action plan (AAP) compliance as needed
• May attend career and job fairs and school outreach events as needed
• Provide support for the orientation process to ensure new hires have a successful orientation including scheduling, onboarding, and documentation preparation
• Responsible for job description creation, maintenance, and control
• Administer the process of developing, revising, and maintaining job descriptions, FLSA classification, paygrade, and job safety analysis classification
• Responsible for maintenance and control of the employee-owner manual and related company policies and procedures
• Assist with data entry of personnel status changes in HRMS while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policy, procedural, and legal requirements, as well as record retention of all source documents in compliance with company policy and legal requirements
• Maintain and ensure a high level of integrity and confidentiality of all employee records including “Protected Health Information”, “Protected Medical Information”, compensation records, and business information.
• Collaborate with all functional areas within Human Resources to provide general support to employees and the HR team

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years direct experience in Human Resources strongly preferred
• Completion of, or in pursuit of PHR, SHRM-CP or other certification preferred
• General understanding of regulations, laws, and best practices relating to recruiting and human resources including: FLSA, AAP, EEOC, etc.
• Proficiency and ability to quickly learn HRMS and web based ATS and onboarding software
• Experience in successfully conducting all steps of the recruiting process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Very strong attention to detail, problem solving and follow up
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong business writing skills
• Service attitude, commitment to safety, quality, and confidentiality
• Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated, able to effectively manage multiple tasks
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), ability to relate to colleagues
