Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring a Full Time Call Center Representative for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. This Full Time Call Center Representative position based out of Miami, FL. and offers an AM MID-Day shift plus possible Overtime. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the liaison between our customer and our drivers. A successful Call Center Representative will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving driver issues, complaints, and inquiries, creating an effortless experience for our drivers. Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, emails, and SMS in a timely manner

• Ability to follow communication scripts when applicable, as well as effectively improvise as needed

• Ensure drivers feel heard and their problems are understood

• Ability to identify drivers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide the driver with solutions or alternatives

• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied drivers, offering patient assistance and support

• Monitor for any vehicle accidents, gather all necessary information, and support any driver follow ups

• Validate insurance to ensure drivers are maintaining the appropriate coverage in random insurance checks, payment default insurance checks, and pre-pick up insurance checks

• Execute marketing communications as needed

• Keep concise yet detailed records of all customer interactions

• Monitor Driver App Store (Apple & Android) reviews and ratings, reaching out and responding to reviews per strategy

Shift Schedule:

• 
  AM MID-Day shift: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm (Monday – Friday, with some flexibility)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experienced in Case Management Software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

• Two or more years in customer support role including sales, call center service or counter service

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal

• Effective active listener

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and effectively manage time

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Enthusiasm for building a business with the capacity for overcoming obstacles in a constructive and collaborative manner

• Ability to be curious and act proactively in a dynamic, team-focused environment

Preferred Skills:

• Spanish language proficiency
