Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring a Full Time Call Center Representative for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. This Full Time Call Center Representative position based out of Miami, FL. and offers an AM MID-Day shift plus possible Overtime. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the liaison between our customer and our drivers. A successful Call Center Representative will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving driver issues, complaints, and inquiries, creating an effortless experience for our drivers. Responsibilities:
Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, emails, and SMS in a timely manner
Ability to follow communication scripts when applicable, as well as effectively improvise as needed
Ensure drivers feel heard and their problems are understood
Ability to identify drivers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide the driver with solutions or alternatives
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied drivers, offering patient assistance and support
Monitor for any vehicle accidents, gather all necessary information, and support any driver follow ups
Validate insurance to ensure drivers are maintaining the appropriate coverage in random insurance checks, payment default insurance checks, and pre-pick up insurance checks
Execute marketing communications as needed
Keep concise yet detailed records of all customer interactions
Monitor Driver App Store (Apple & Android) reviews and ratings, reaching out and responding to reviews per strategy
Shift Schedule:
AM MID-Day shift: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm (Monday – Friday, with some flexibility)

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experienced in Case Management Software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Two or more years in customer support role including sales, call center service or counter service
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Effective active listener
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and effectively manage time
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm for building a business with the capacity for overcoming obstacles in a constructive and collaborative manner
Ability to be curious and act proactively in a dynamic, team-focused environment
Preferred Skills:
Spanish language proficiency
