PGP (The Public Good Projects) is seeking a full-time People Experience Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who is a positive communicator that possesses a high degree of professionalism and discretion and knows how to represent both the company policies and the needs of the employees. This role is critical to the success of our team from onboarding to offboarding and providing resources and tools for team members every step of the way. This position will report to the Sr Manager of People Experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:
Supports daily record-updating and documentation for the People Experience department
Assist in recruitment, orientation and onboarding new Team Members
Answer employee queries about people or experience related issues
Manage team member Out of Office requests and calendars
Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new data, and update previous employee data in internal HR databases
Support payroll by ensuring employee timesheets are submitted on time and checked for accuracy
Serve as an administrator with TriNet (PEO), Guideline (retirement), Harvest (time-tracking), and any other HR systems
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
A minimum of two years working in human resources across various areas (talent acquisition/recruitment, payroll, HRIS, benefits, generalist or related fields)
Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and work independently in responding to day-to-day functional needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information to all levels of Team Members.
Ability to work both independently & collaboratively within a team
Thorough attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
