Primary responsibilities include providing administrative and functional support to the HR team in the areas of staff engagement programs and data and file management.
Essential Functions
– Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
– Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
– Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
– Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
– Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
– Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
– Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
– Manage the department’s telephone and emails queries accordingly
– Prepare reports and presentations for internal communication
Qualifications
1. Minimum high school diploma, associate’s degree preferred.
2. Two years of administrative experience.
3. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite
4. Experience with HRIS preferred
5. Well organized and efficient.
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
7. Values and uses time effectively and efficiently; sets priorities.
8. Is customer focused; is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; establishes and maintains effective relationships with client group and gains their trust and respect.
9. Is able to maintain confidential information.
10. Learns quickly; is open to change; enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
