Job Summary: PHNTM is looking for a part-time Recruiting Coordinator to help out around 20 hours a week. This role would be for three (3) months, with the potential to stay on longer. While we are open to remote/hybrid, we require working during PST hours.
Responsibilities
Help with full cycle recruiting
Own the interview scheduling process
Help improve on recruiting process and efficiency
Manage the Rippling ATS
Review application material, read resumes and cover letters, and send potential candidates to hiring managers
Create a high-touch “best in class” candidate experience
Assist with phone screening for candidates
Create email templates, job descriptions, and interview questions
Assist with putting together employment agreements
Management of freelancer/contractor agreements and process
Help with onboarding onto Rippling
Contribute to ad hoc project work
Qualifications
Bachelors’ Degree or commensurate work experience, preferred but not required
Experience in an agency a bonus
2+ years of recruiting and HR experience
Experience with scheduling interviews, posting job ads, maintaining ATS, employee engagement and HR compliance
Familiar with HR policies/procedures and confidentiality
Experience with Rippling preferred
Experience with ATS preferred
Proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, Trello
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment
Ability to articulate yourself clearly and professionally via email and on the phone
Warm personality with great communication skills

Compensation
$25-40/hour, commensurate with experience and location
