Primary Sakes Admin responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Understand company direction and business plan
· Manage and Support Sales Admin & Sales Marketing executives
· MAS200 work operations (SO, Invoice, Closing)
· Order Confirmation Work (Input SO, Reply Confirmation and Submit SO to Logistics)
· Update customers’ folders
· Export administration tasks (creating CI, PL, PI, HC, etc.)
· Prepare samples for customers, Show and business trip
· Calculate a commission fee and rebate
· Filing Invoices and sales related documents
· Well organizing and direction for the shared folders.
· Answer phone calls
· Employee sales support
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Inventory Management ( NYB Transfer Work, check allocations )
· Weekly Closing (Supervising)
· Dairy and monthly sales update
· Document Control (SOP to meet SQF projects )
· Proper Form Submit (BT Form, Expense For, Purchase request form and etc)
· Excellent communication skills with various levels of staff and departments
Primary Marketing Tech responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Supervising the members of the HQ sales admin & Export/Hawaii sales
· Create SOP as needed
Pre-Requisites, Knowledge, Skill Requirements
· Basic MS office skill
· At least 2-3 years Administration experience
· Business level in English
