Piper Companies Hiring for Web Developer – React at Chapel Hill, NC Full Time

Piper Companies is seeking a Web Developer – React for a technology and research based organization located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The Web Developer – React will be expected to work in a hybrid environment requiring a few days in the office and a few days working from home. A successful candidate for the Web Developer- React will be a self-starter who is eager to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities for the Web Developer – React include:

• Design, develop and implement new websites and web applications
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders as it relates to the project
• Maintain software documentation
• Work with users on an as needed basis to explain new functionality
• Problem solve and resolve any software bugs

Requirements for the Web Developer – React include:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Must have! (preferably in Computer Science or Computer Engineering)
• 4 years of professional web development experience
• Experience with React, Javascript, HTML, and CSS
• Content Management System experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in building open-source software solutions

Compensation of the Web Developer – React: $90,000 – $110,000 based on previous experience + Cigna Healthcare Benefits
