We are currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Associate Relations and Organizational Development to join our growing HR team. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Oversight of all employee relations across the business, this includes the investigation lifecycle for matters such as workplace conduct, culture and conflict, including intake, background research, witness/subject interviews, writing summary report, presentation of findings to stakeholders for resolution of substantiated matters, and debrief meetings with leadership.
Advise on corrective and preventative measures based on root cause analysis from investigations, pragmatic business enhancements and mitigation strategies, including identification of training needs.
Manage the day-to-day human resources responsibilities across the facilities – these incudes engagement activities at the local level, supporting associates with leave of absence requests, and onboarding/offboarding.
Assist in defining and enabling of the company’s talent assessment and management techniques, focusing on identifying and developing top performers across various business groups.
Responsible for all performance management, such as managing the engagement period, and the rollout out of performance reviews annually.
Develop succession program and plans across the business annually.
Identify and assess future and current training needs through needs analysis and consultation.
Design appropriate strategies to address the technical knowledge and skill building needs and determine the best delivery channel.
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and success through ROI and report results.
Determine training plan to address performance gaps or opportunities for improved business results, considering cross-functional application. Collaborate with functional experts to determine whether to buy, rent or build the learning solutions.
Incorporate most effective teaching methods– types of exercises, role play, teach back, instruction method, etc. based on learning need. Develop and conduct train the trainer sessions so that others are able to deliver the content and material effectively and as designed.
Implement processes and standards required to ensure instructional design quality, technology and overall learning effectiveness from storyboarding through implementation. Develop measurement and accountability mechanisms that evaluate job readiness or performance, which enable continuous improvement.
Perform as subject matter expert for learning. Perform role of facilitator or lead instructor as built into any given program.
Requirements
Education/Training
Bachelor’s Degree required Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. Master’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Related Experience
7-10 years of progressive experience particularly in organizational development.
Additional Requirements
Strong employee relations background, including navigating investigations.
Well versed in Adult Learning principles and teaching methods.
Implement learning measurement and demonstration mechanisms.
Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of projects with varying levels of complexity to successful completion with minimal supervision.
Accomplished trainer and facilitator, strong speaker.
Advanced PowerPoint skills.
Ability to create and incorporate effective and attractive graphics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels and a variety of working styles.
Excellent facilitation skills.
Project management or process improvement mechanisms are a significant plus.
Candidate must have examples of materials he/she has designed and developed.
Must be able to travel 25% of the time
