We need your help building San Diego’s first and only sustainable meal prep service! Meal prep means you get all the fun of a kitchen without the high-stress aspects of a restaurant. While the immediate need is listed below, this role has the potential to quickly grow into a kitchen lead role, or similar.
Beyond this role’s standard prep cook responsibilities in the kitchen (prep, dishes, etc), you’ll also be helping to deliver the meals and the right candidate will also have the opportunity to help with menu development. Shifts are:
- Saturday (roughly noon-6pm)
- Sunday (roughly 11am-5pm)
- Monday (10:30am-3pm)
Must be authorized to work in the US, have kitchen experience, have reliable vehicle, and have a clean DMV record.
Pay structure:
- Base pay of $18 per hour
- Compensation for gas/mileage at IRS rates
- Bonus of $2 per hour, paid out every 2 weeks with good performance
