Director of Talent Acquisition Overview : The primary responsibilities of the Director of Talent Acquisition will be to ensure a funnel of outstanding global candidates is created both actively and passively through effective marketing efforts for our purpose driven, fast-growing organization. You must be the expert in recruiting global Executive level passive candidates with a proven process to build a solid pipeline. The successful Director of Acquisition is driven for results, loves to thrive in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment and drives their team to do the same. This role reports into our CHRO and is a business partner to our CEO and hiring managers to propose initiatives, implement efficiencies, and engage with the organization to prioritize recruiting at all times. This is a hands-on role that will be directly responsible for recruiting and hiring leaders that will be on our Executive Leadership Team.
This is remote role which needs to operate on Eastern Time only.
