The Company

PlugPV is a small, high impact team dedicated to the deployment of solar electric systems for homeowners throughout the Capital Region. PlugPV is fun! The Position

The Operations Manager is a mission critical role within the organization, reporting directly to the Company leadership team. This individual is responsible for leading all operational efforts of Company, within their specified branch territory. He/She shall work closely with the leadership team to continuously operate and develop the assigned branch concurrent with the growth needs of the business. This is a role that is multi-faceted and requires understanding and mastery of various areas including, but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, off-boarding, training, development, employee relationship management, scheduling, dispatch, logistics, procurement, reporting, and customer service. This person is ultimatley responsible for leading his/her team in the ongoing installation of new solar photovoltaic systems in their region. This individual shall coordinate interdepartmentally with neighboring branch locations and inter-company operations departments to streamline standardization and operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-8 Years managing solar installers and/or electricians, experience with new operations preferred

• NABCEP Certification Preferred

• Self-starter with a natural sense of urgency and motivation to succeed required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
