POSITION: Commercial Lines Account Executive
REPORTS TO: Commercial Lines Manager

The Commercial Lines Account Executive will be expected to provide concierge service to a book our VIP accounts, including annual renewals, cross-sell, up-sell, daily service needs, and developing strong relationships with Encharter customers and our insurance company partners.
Encharter Insurance is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Plymouth Rock Assurance Company based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Quote and sell insurance to new and existing customers
Quote and rewrite policies as requested or recommended
Review coverages on existing accounts and recommend coverage changes when appropriate
Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service at all times
Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written
Requirements & Experience:
Massachusetts Property and Casualty Producer License
5 years of Commercial Lines account management experience
Thorough knowledge of all Commercial Lines products, including servicing and placing Excess & Surplus lines business
Understanding of commercial insurance markets, products, and marketing practices
Excellent attention to detail and vigilant documentation of customer interactions
AMS360 experience preferred
Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying time constraints
Works well with team members and participates in a collaborative environment
