Transportation Hiring For Senior Accountant at Bridgewater, NJ Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Handle month end closing and amortization schedules.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and assist with annual insurance renewals and audits.
• Provide financial analysis and support to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Oversee and coordinate IT function via third party support teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years of proven experience as an Accountant
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with securities law and accrual accounting.
• Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
