POSITION SUMMARY
The 3D printing industry is one of the most exciting and fast-growing industries in the world today and Polymaker is part of the momentum. Polymaker develops, produces and markets high-value materials for 3D printing. Our company is growing fast and can be described as young, open and energetic. Polymaker has been active in the US since 2013. We have built up a network of channel partners who serve end users from all over the States. Out of our new Houston office, we currently manage the sales, marketing, and operations for the North American region. The HR & Admin Officer is a key role in our strategic expansion plan and is responsible for maintaining physical and digital records, optimizing recruiting, onboarding and termination processes, and maintaining the daily operation of the office. The HR & Admin Officer directly to General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records
Build upon and optimize the hiring, onboarding, and termination processes
Manage payroll data and track PTO status
Manage job interview processes and work with senior leaders to fulfill talent needs
Develop training materials
Maintain daily operations of the office
Track reimbursement request
Preferred Experience Background
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Manager or relevant field
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
Familiarity with HR practices
Basic Knowledge of labor legislation
Organizational skills
Great verbal and written communication skills
