Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate Senior Director, Global Talent Sourcing who will lead our internal teams to support strategic proactive as well as reactive talent pipelining activities for non-executive positions globally across functions. The Global Talent Sourcing Lead is part of a global team which is responsible for the full life-cycle of talent acquisition activities for non-Executive positions.
Key Responsibilities
As the Global Talent Sourcing Lead, you will manage a team of Talent Scouts (internal & RPO) who thrive on identifying and cultivating the best and brightest across the industry, get to know them, share our vision and values while understanding their drivers and ambitions to determine a fit for our business-critical roles.
You will work directly with leaders across the organization to understand their talent needs and will foster relationships that will enable us to anticipate their needs.
You will provide our business partners (recruiters, hiring managers, HR business partners, recruiting managers, and senior management) with root causes and insightful analysis that paves the way to collaborate on recommendations and improvements.
You will provide innovative, high-touch, scalable solutions to drive sourcing to meet objectives and develop a curated database of top talent.

The Global Talent Sourcing Lead will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Recruitment and Talent Management teams, ensuring alignment to workforce plans in the development of critical capabilities and role sourcing plans to meet the current and future demands of BMS.
