Job Summary
The Global Benefits and Mobility Analyst researches, analyzes and coordinates corporate benefit plans, programs and insurances across the globe with a focus towards oversight and harmonization of processes and programs. Additionally, this role will be a day-to-day contact for the company’s immigration and relocation processes. This position supports the Global Benefits and Human Resources team and reports to the Senior Manager, Benefits. The Analyst has working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures across the global benefits spectrum. This position problem solves, multi-tasks and drives consistency and constancy in all program areas.
