Portland Community College is accepting applications for the Manager of Employee Relations and Development. In this role you will be able to utilize current approaches to creating a sense of belonging for employees, using intersectional, inclusive, anti-racist, anti-oppressive practices to foster a sense of belonging and build a learning community.
