Department Overview
We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for an onsite Junior HR Business Partner in our North Berwick Aero Systems Organization, supporting a portion of the 2,100+ employee organization. This workforce is hourly management represented (non-union) and the position requires someone who is passionate about employee relations and process improvement.
We are seeking a high energy, self-starter to drive key human resources and employee relations initiatives and promote an inspiring culture mix of both exempt and non-exempt employees. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
