PreScouter, Inc Hiring for Recruiter/HR Generalist at Remote Full Time

PreScouter works with various corporate functions including, but not limited to: New Product Development, Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Innovation, Sustainability, Research & Development, and Tech Scouting.

PreScouter is rapidly growing. We are seeking a Recruiter/HR Generalist to join our expanding team – and help drive that expansion.. This position’s primary role will involve supporting full-cycle recruitment for all technical and non-technical openings. This position will also be asked to support HR processes to continue to cultivate a small-company culture of accountability, conscientiousness, integrity, and fun!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full-cycle recruitment including crafting and posting job descriptions, reviewing resumes, phone-screening candidates, coordinating interviews, tracking candidate statuses, making hiring recommendations, sending offer letters, coordinating onboarding, etc.

• Develop strong pipeline of talent to support hiring goals

• Utilize online recruitment tools, job boards, and sites to identify top talent

• Collaborate with various executives and leaders to define and execute a hiring process

• Identify, explore, and execute effective tactics for sourcing and screening candidates

• Create and own a positive candidate experience by developing and maintaining strong relationships with regular touch points and diligent follow-up

• Facilitate and improve the new hire onboarding process

• Develop and support employee engagement initiatives

• Support OKRs, employee handbook, performance reviews, etc

• Perform other related duties as assigned

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience

• Experience with HR processes is a strong plus

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and writtenKnowledge and understanding of trends, industry news and job markets

• Strong time management and organization skills

• Ability to interact and manage relationships at all levels of an organization

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
