Chief of Staff Healthcare Company:
A profitable health care company with a practice in 3 states an d growing is looking for a chief of staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
A meaningful track record of at least 5-10 years of very strong delivery in operations or consulting roles with at least 3-5 years very strong operational or consulting or digital health delivery in healthcare service roles. Mature, independent, self-starter, aggressive, fast, driven.
Track record of growth, Highly loyal, team player – Extremely professional, reliable – Very high integrityPreferred Qualifications:
Consulting Background From Top Firm Beneficial But Not Essential
Entrepreneurial and/or digital health experience beneficial
Responsibilities:
Business development follow-up, relationship building and execution
You will follow-up on key business development initiatives to execute on identified next steps between meetings of the President and will continue to build and enhance relationships with key parties between meetings of the President
You will initiate relationships with key parties identified or introduced by the President and Research groups and will execute key research projects, developing strong usable data presented in a manner that captures the essence in a well organized, well memorialized format.
Key project execution
You will efficiently execute onkey projects identified by the President and will focus on hitting 40-70% of the data needed to execute the project. You will effectively manage internal and external resources to meet or exceed project timelines and outcome objectives
New State Mission Critical Program Management
Project management and Maintenance of the regional overall project map and update on a daily and weekly basis as objectives are identified. Assure timely delivery by all team members of commitments called for in the project map. Assure all team meetings are conducted and memorialized using corporate meeting management standards
Force multiplication
Represent the President in key meetings, capturing the essence of the meeting and representing the President’s intentions and objectives
Salary/Compensation:
Salary: 150k + Bonus of 100k – Yearly
