Prime Psychiatry Hiring for Digital Marketing Analyst at Remote Full Time

We are actively seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Analyst for a growing Outpatient psychiatric practice in Plano, Texas (just north of Dallas). This role will be responsible for helping to drive business decisions based on analytics and marketing insights, optimizing campaign effectiveness, and playing a key strategic role in the overall marketing function by also assisting with brand management strategy and execution. This position provides plenty of room for growth and creativity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities Include:

• Developing brand image and creating a brand book for future marketing materials
• Creating marketing materials for patients and referring physicians
• Building brand awareness for new doctors and practices
• Designing and publishing brand materials for growth opportunities
• Building and managing online presence including profiles, reputation management, website maintenance and any other patient facing platforms
• Analyzing statistics and developing strategic plans for future growth
• Managing all digital marketing campaigns including email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns and online branding efforts as necessary
• Measuring campaign effectiveness by developing a dashboard and sharing campaign reports

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of marketing and analytics experience (internships included)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or similar and/or related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and analytical
• Ability to project prioritize and meet deadlines

Pay: $58,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
