An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position develops and maintains a program of recruitment and selection of qualified and competent applicants to fill all high school teaching vacancies as they are identified; assists administrators and teachers in interpreting all laws, policies and regulations related to personnel management; monitors the employee evaluation system; proposes, writes, and revises personnel policies and regulations; administers the employee transfer procedure; maintains the official personnel record system for current high school teachers.

SALARY:
Grade 17: $95,160 – $182,336 per year (competitive benefits)
