The Inside Sales/Marketing Coordinator is responsible for collecting, maintaining and implementing active lead generation plan through the use of social media, incoming calls, referrals, leads from websites, cold calling, events and direct mailing.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Inside sales coordination
· Marketing campaign & events coordination
· Field incoming calls from potential residential and commercial customers, answer questions, and schedule an appointment for a free security assessment
· Make outbound calls to both existing customers, new prospects lists and further develop customer base as directed by monthly marketing campaigns
· Assist and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions between marketing, sales, and operations team
· Perform data entry of required customer information into company system to create and maintain an ongoing sales database
· Market products and offers value-added services
· Prospect existing customer base and network groups for new sales opportunities.
· Provide effective sales presentations to prospective customers
· Ensure the customer requirements are confirmed and are understood
· Maintain updated application knowledge of all Priority One Security product & services, our offerings and systems, and have the ability to communicate and sell these systems to customers.
· Vet sponsorship opportunities and coordinate with VP of Sales & Marketing
· Attend residential and commercial sales meetings
Social Media Assistance
· Implement and monitor social media ads and campaigns as directed by marketing department
· Oversee, manage and post social media ads
· Monitor and respond to social media posts and other incoming messages for sales messages; including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Yelp, YouTube, etc.
· Monitor and respond to social media messages
· Coordinate and facilitate inquiries, requests, and complaints to the necessary department or manager
· Provide reports and sales assistance to the Residential & Commercial Sales managers
Events
· Coordinate schedules and set up for Priority One Security participated events such as:
Home Shows & Commercial Expose
Priority One Security sponsored events where booth is set up
Player Sports camps, Cocktail receptions
· Manage and track promotional items for shows and events. Make sure the various office locations have inventory for their events
· Requires some after hour and weekend attendance/participation
Previous sales experience in the security, telecom or technology industry prefered but not required.
Must be organized, self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
Strong customer service skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must have a valid drivers license, pass a drug screen and security background check.
