A rapidly growing behavioral health company is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team!
We provide psychotherapy services, including evaluations and ongoing therapy, to residents in assisted living, acute rehabs, and long-term care settings. We hire passionate and experienced Psychologists and LCSW’s, fee-for-service and Full-time.
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including onboarding staff, administering pay, benefits, leave of absence and enforcing company policies and practices.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision
Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction
Provides support and guidance to HR generalist and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
Partners with Recruitment team, which may include interviewing, supporting talent retention efforts and succession planning.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations with confidentiality and discretion.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance and updates.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
A minimum of three years of human resource management experience.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
ADP experience a plus
