PROCEPT® BioRobotics is a surgical robotics company enabling better patient care by developing transformative solutions in urology. With an initial focus on BPH, the company’s AquaBeam® Robotic System delivering Aquablation therapy, is the first FDA-cleared, automated surgical robot for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Aquablation therapy combines real-time, multi-dimensional imaging, automated robotics and heat-free waterjet ablation for targeted, controlled, and immediate removal of prostate tissue. Aquablation therapy offers predictable and reproducible outcomes, independent of prostate anatomy, prostate size or surgeon experience.

SUMMARY
Reporting to the VP Global Marketing, the Sales and Marketing (Commercial Services) Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the global commercial organization via day-to-day activities in Sales, Marketing, and Training. Responsibilities will include supporting specific members of the commercial leadership team, corporate events, and field needs.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be required as assigned)

• Prepare and ship material for trade shows, support peer to peer events including KOL meetings with excellent attention to detail, organization and professionalism
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors to ensure deliverables are met and managed
• Manage the inventory, budget and efficient distribution of all marketing collateral, training tools, and company promotional items located on site and remotely
• Manage support of IT related to the field sales, marketing, and occasionally corporate events
• Onboard new sales training classes, outfitting with computer, scrubs, welcome kit, and starter essentials
• Support the Marketing Team with administrative tasks which include but are not limited to routing documents through approval process, coordinating schedules for physician visits, corporate card expense management and other administrative duties on an as needed basis
• Assist marketing and sales team through routine assessment surrounding key programs which include, but are not limited to, the AEP (Aquablation Excellence Program), commercial web services, and lead follow through from trade meetings or key campaigns.
• Support SVP, Global Commercialization with business requirements
• Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
• Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics EHS policy

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications)

• BA/BS Degree preferred but not required
• 1+ years of experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a cross functional team member is required
• Excellent presentation (platform) skills are required
• Proven ability to be a self-starter and goal oriented is required
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are required
• Must thrive in complex environment and be able to multi-task and prioritize
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point; SFDC and Pardot skills preferred
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other internal groups, clients, customers, and the general public
