Are you an enthusiastic People Operations Generalist who is looking for a new challenge and a chance to make an impact? Ronin is looking for a Generalist who will manage the day-to-day HR of Ronin. Reporting to the Senior HRBP, this role will collaborate with teams and individuals across the organization to execute various HR strategies. What you will do:
- Embrace and uphold Ronin’s Core Values
- Partner with the HR team and managers to onboard new team members and ensure they are successfully integrated into their team and into the culture
- Owner of Benefits administration, including responding to questions and requests from Ronin team member
- Benefits plan design and benefits broker relationship
- Act as a welcoming point of contact for our employees to see the benefit of our benefits and answer questions as they arise
- Manage our HRIS (BambooHR)
- In charge of monthly, quarterly and annual metric reporting
- Assist with policy revisions, and other People Team projects as assigned
- Conducts audits, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and company requirements
- Manage core people processes – immigration, leave requests, employee verification requests, background check and drug tests, etc.
- Support HRBP with employee questions, handling tier 1 employee inquiries and talent management programs
- Manage the #People-Support slack channel and JIRA board
- Run point on the offboarding process including conducting exit interviews for voluntary exits
- Facilitate and schedule trainings and other learning and development activities

- Someone with a humble mindset who’s ready to hit the ground running
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Action oriented and eager to tackle hard conversations or issues
- Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information
- Ability to work autonomously, making decisions in matters of significance in the best interests of the business and employees
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Strong foundation of HR fundamentals that you have used to identify and solve problems
- BambooHR experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
The base salary for this role is $80-100k annually with an equity component. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
