Description

Design and sustain our global cold chain logistics network

• Deploy logistics capabilities and best practices; analyze trends, benchmark, provide end to end visibility and

measure performance in support of the logistics pillar

• Define standardized processes to deliver highest level of service to internal and external stakeholders across

our global network

• Ensure implementation of continuous improvement projects while utilizing ERP system and the digital

platform

• Hire and develop team to coordinate all logistics activities, including managing exceptions
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to support on time site activation, biopsy pick and

delivery and drug product delivery

• Partner cross functionally with stakeholders to identify scale up requirements for commercialization
• Anticipate risks and implement mitigations proactively while maintaining excellent communication with all

parties – internal and external – involved

• Prepare and present performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in development of digital platform as a key stakeholder to ensure user requirements are delivered

appropriately

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 12+ years in various supply chain functions with at least 3 years managing cold chain logistics. Experience with Cell Therapy is preferred.
