Rate:
• Commensurate with experience.• $500 sign-on bonus Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with some WFH and alternative scheduling flexibility upon completion of probation period

Roles & Responsibilities:
• You will have responsibility to review the financial management of a portfolio of properties in the Commonwealth of PA.• Assist on-site Management team with advising and preparation of annual budgets.• Communicate and work with property owners regarding their asset.• Reconcile bank accounts.• File any taxes for communities in your portfolio.• Complete monthly transfers and reconciliations of accounts.• Review and process client billing.• Review property bills for accuracy.
Requirements
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field is required.•Excellent computer and analytical skills.•Strong interpersonal skills to deal with co-owners and clients.•Affordable housing experience a plus, but not required.
