RN – NICU at Providence Portland Medical Center (0.9 FTE, Nights)
$6,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
- Nursing degree/diploma upon hire
- All Registered Nurses (RNs) without a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nursing must obtain a bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher within three (3) years of hire
- A RN with twenty (20) years of RN experience will not be required to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Unencumbered RN license in Oregon and wherever care is delivered
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card must be from the following authorized governing bodies:
- American Heart Association (AHA) – (BLS Provider),
- American Red Cross (ARC) – (BLS for Health Care Provider), -OR-
- Military Training Network (MTN) – (Healthcare Provider) upon hire
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) must be from American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) within three (3) months upon hire
- One (1) of year acute care experience working with the patient population similar to Neonatal Intensive Care Unit -OR- completion of the specialty residency located at LOCATION
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- National Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
