Full-time Home Health/Hospice RN On-CallProvidence Home Health and Hospice, LLC is seeing an experienced Home Health/Hospice RN to mange the weekly after hours and weekend hours nursing needs for our patients and families. The On-call Nurse responds to after-hours phone calls with promptness and makes patient visits as necessary.Responsibilities:

• Carrying out physician orders

• Informing the physician of changes in the patient’s condition and needs

• Communicating with medical professionals, the home health/hospice teams and others

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records

• Demonstrates strong communication and customer service skills

Schedule: Weekends Friday 5 PM through Monday 9 AM.

• Guaranteed base pay plus additional per visit compensation

Requirements:

• Current Kansas Nursing License

• Minimum of one year of hospice experience preferred

• Strong organizational and self-management skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Current auto insurance
