We are seeking an HR Manager to join our People team based in our Chicago office.

We are seeking a Manager to join our HR team and provide an excellent level of generalist HR support to the US business. This is an ideal opportunity for a HR Manager looking to move into a dynamic and growing business with the opportunity to make the role your own, or for a Senior Advisor looking to grow and develop in their career. The HR Manager will report into the Global Head of HR, based in London.
Working closely with the Global Head of HR and US Operations and Leadership teams, the primary focus of the role will be to provide comprehensive advice and support to help facilitate the successful growth of the US business. The role will be initially stand alone in the US, but once the right candidate has joined, they will be able to assist in the recruitment of a Chicago-based HR Assistant to provide them with ongoing support.
The HR Manager will play a key role in helping shape the HR agenda and have the opportunity to lead on, and play an active role, in developing new and existing people initiatives.
We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge and understanding of US employment law and benefit management, strong inter-personal skills, is pro-active and has the ability to work on their own initiative. You must be passionate about people and eager to help our business grow.
