DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The primary function of this position is as the lead abnormal Pap test follow-up nurse. This position serves as the assistant to the Family Planning and Communicable Disease/Tuberculosis Program Managers, which includes planning/implementing and managing program operations in the absence of the Program Manager. The program areas in which the nurse provides direct patient care includes: General Clinic, Immunizations, Family Planning, Maternal Health, TB, Communicable Disease and Intake.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing and one year of professional nursing experience.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina by the N.C. Board of Nursing.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 5:00pm
SALARY RANGE: $64,382.04 – $100,436.00 (Grade 234)
