Purelight Power Hiring for Human Resources Coordinator at Ankeny, IA Full Time

To support our growth, Purelight Power is seeking a strong Human Resources Coordinator within the next two weeks.

The ideal person for this role will be passionate about assisting our teams, and adept at problem-solving and working well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the HR Director and branch managers as well as serve as the go-to person for all employees for HR support. The ability to prioritize is a must.
• Support our culture by planning fun events at our branches.
• Assist in the streamlining of HR processes and systems, suggesting improvements and ideas for increased efficiency.
• Process people transactions for new hires, job changes, compensation updates, benefits administration, and departures with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain online employee records and conduct audits as needed to ensure federal and state compliance.
• Generate benefit and payroll reports and take action as needed.

Plus:

5+ years of HR experience

Experience with Google Suite

Strong HR with some understanding of safety desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
