We are a family-owned eye care provider located in the beautiful Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle.
Receptionist duties include greeting patients, check-in and check-out, managing phones, emails, and faxes, ordering and supplying patients with contact lenses, billing insurance benefits, explaining insurance benefits to patients, scheduling appointments and managing the doctors’ schedules. Additional duties may include performing preliminary testing on patients.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires flexibility and interpersonal communication skills. All employees have a 90-day probationary period prior to finalizing their employment contract and receiving benefits.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
