New hires who show proof of Covid vaccine will earn a $100 bonus the following month of employment and $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

The R Wireless Group, a Verizon Authorized Retailer is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a recruiter to help attract and hire customer centric individuals for our retail stores and hospitality businesses. We have locations in CT, PA, NJ, NY, MA, DE and TX, and understand that our single largest asset is our talented employees.
As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will be working with each our market leaders, HR and executive team to develop and implement a recruiting, hiring and on boarding strategy to ensure our locations are fully staffed to meet the needs of our customers.
Some of Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Determine store level staffing requirements and budgets for sponsored job postings.
Continuously update team on staffing levels to ensure we are aligned and sharing resources when and where possible.
Help develop attribute profiles that attract customer centric, career minded candidates.
Prepare job postings, review applications, and conduct virtual and / or in person interviews of all qualified candidates to help hire the best of the best.
Prepare and process all necessary hiring paperwork to ensure compliance.
Represent R Wireless in a professional manner and be an active participant in our community initiatives.
Work with local colleges and schools to promote R Wireless employment opportunities.
Evaluate and develop strategy for regional job fairs, and tools that will help our stores be more effective with local “grass roots” recruiting efforts.
Work closely with HR Manager and HR vendors to ensure applicant tracking tools are being used effectively.
Work with HR and Leadership team on developing strategy focused on ongoing employee development initiatives.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Be:
An outgoing, highly motivated self-starter that has outstanding communications, problem solving and time management skills.
A working knowledge of Applicant Tracking software and databases.
Proficient in MS Work, Excel and PowerPoint
Can work independently as well as with others, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality with employee information.
Prior recruiting work experience in the retail and hospitality industry.
Have creative approach that helps leverage social media and job boards in our recruiting efforts.
Enjoys a challenge and having fun doing their job.
