Job opportunity:

We are looking to add a Construction Carpenter to our bridge crew. This individual will be flexible, dependable, be able to take direction and work well within a team.

Job responsibilities:

• Handle and care for all materials and supplies for each specific job site
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT and DNR safety regulations and applicable laws
• Be an active and effective member of the job site construction team
• Meet or exceed all health and safety standards and company policies
• Work at varying height levels, wet locations and steep inclines
• Coach and mentor team members on safety provisions, equipment operation and construction methods to avoid potential hazards or obstructions, such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, or falling objects
• Signal operators to guide movement of heavy equipment
• Perform pre-use inspections on equipment, job sites, supplies, and tools.
• Other duties as assigned by project leader

Hours:

• Core work week M – Fr, 7:00am – 4:30pm, will vary.
