Who we are:
At Ragnar, we have built a premier series of road and trail running adventures. While we are excited about the progress we’ve made over the past 17 years, we feel like we are just scratching the surface. We want to change how folks spend their weekend and infuse adventure into their everyday life.
We have built a coast-to-coast relay series, our own technology platform, dabbled in virtual events and partnered with some amazing brands along the way. Here at Ragnar, we are a passionate and scrappy team coming together from a wide range of backgrounds to solve incredibly complex problems and deliver amazing experiences.
Right now, we are looking to hire a Retail Assistant Manager, who will travel the country overseeing the daily operations of the traveling retail store to maximize sales and profits by taking ownership and responsibility for all aspects of store operations while playing an active role on the sales floor and in the office headquarter.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for leading and holding the onsite retail team accountable for working hard, doing a great job and working safely in this fast-paced environment. The role is required to spend long hours managing a large outdoor event and may require the safe operation of power/hand tools, construction of simple structures, and the ability to transport event equipment (up to 50 lbs). This position will also travel to and lead or assist with 15 races per year.

Assist with inventory packs in the warehouse for preparation of races
