Position: Sr. People Partner
Reporting to: Director, People Operations
Building people-centric teams to do people focused work is no easy feat. People Partners are accountable for the resolution of complex people matters. As a trusted advisor, the People Partner will consult with department leaders to ensure that company policies are understood and advise both managers and employees on the processes or programs that are needed for various scenarios.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in high change management environments. They are comfortable with the planning and/or implementation of various People Experience initiatives. They will help provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture which emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity standards, goal attainment, and organizational growth.
Demonstrated experience and results in designing and implementing People Initiatives and projects to drive organizational and team change, employee engagement, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion/Belonging (DEIB). Experience of major organizational transformation projects will be highly preferred.
