: Influencer Program Account Manager
SUMMARY:
As the Influencer Program Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and building long term relationships for a client and their influencer partners. You will manage the day-to-day execution of their affiliate influencer program and design the overall strategy for growing account revenue for this publisher category. You will work with the current affiliate team to help grow this segment of partners in ways that the current team has grown other segments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work collaboratively with the client’s current Rakuten team, who manage the full scope of the client’s affiliate program.
• Recruit and onboard new influencers into the Rakuten Advertising network.
• Help new influencers onboard into the client’s affiliate program.
• Build and manage influencer relationships for client’s affiliate program.
• Take ownership over current influencer relationships and help manage them end to end.
• Work with analytics team to develop specific reporting and KPIs for the influencer category.
• Interact with client daily via phone and email for tactical requests.
• Set, meet, and exceed aggressive revenue goals for your clients.
• Provide strategic advice to increase client’s ROI.
• Organize all activities with the Client Services team and other cross-functional teams at Rakuten Advertising, (Analytics, Publisher Development, Technology, Marketing, Sales, etc.).

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of online marketing/direct marketing experience with a focus on influencer marketing and client services, (it’s a plus if you have knowledge/familiarity with Affiliate Marketing).
