Ramsey’s Diamond Jewelers Hiring for Marketing Coordinator at Metairie, LA Full Time

This position plays an important role in growing the exposure and engagement of Ramsey’s Diamond Jewelers online and promoting the brand in all markets. Position is responsible for the development and maintenance of the website, blogs, electronic newsletters, social media campaigns, and traditional marketing campaigns along with in-store marketing materials. This position will develop new and interesting online campaigns, contests and initiatives which will drive engagement and patronage to the store. This person will coordinate all online and traditional marketing campaigns to ensure the messages are consistent and are also reflected in the stores. Areas of Responsibility Key Performance Indicators

Responsibilities:

• Lead website development and enhancements and oversee all customer-facing digital communication channels.
• Track growth and maintain analytics reports to provide up-to-date information to upper management on digital channels
• Coordinate online marketing campaigns and contests on all social and digital media platforms.
• Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to create digital campaigns, web banners etc. and optimize user experience
• Be able to produce written and video content for blogs and newsletters and other channels to increase search engine optimization.
• Review online feedback from customers and work with internal teams to implement improvement strategies when appropriate and respond to customers comments timely
• Create email marketing campaigns and workflows
• Coordinate communications and training on the store level to stay in synch with marketing activities
• Assist in radio ad scheduling
• Coordinate digital billboard ad production and schedules
• Assist with community outreach and donation processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
