Global Fintech enterprise – currently seeking to recruit for a Mandarin speaking HR Manager or Business Partner, with proven experience in talent acquisitions, employee relations and possess sound knowledge of Federal and State Employment legislations.
The role can be worked largely from a remote basis although we may expect occasional business travels to our H/Q in Columbus, Ohio.
Job responsibility:
1. Organize and develop the US subsidiary’s rules and regulations, including HR management processes and general office administrations in line with the direction of the parent company
2. Design and implement the talent acquisition mechanisms, construct and plan the talent development system according to the need of business and establish the performance appraisal system and salary incentive system on the basis of the subsidiary’s short-term and long-term development objectives.
3. Responsible for the daily HR operations, including contract renewal/termination, promotion, employment relations and social insurances.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably with major in HR or psychology.
2. Over 2 years’ experience in an HR role in the United States with solid track record in recruitment, employee relation, payroll and benefit and training;
3. Good knowledge of Federal and State labor law and regulations;
4.Must be Fluent English and Chinese Mandarin;

Salary: $80,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
